            Hi Peter,

            I watch the parabolic indicator on my charts and use it as one
of several indicators.  I think the reason you don't hear to much about it
is the correct name is Parabolic Stop & Reverse.  The original idea was to
keep you in the market at all times and to reverse directions on each signal
change.  This is great in a strongly trending market but has to much whipsaw
for most trading.  However once a trend has been established it will keep
you in the trade, better than just using a price target and get you out if
the trend has changed.
