Bob,
I have heard of this test. I have also heard that about 90% of the
larger bills we have in our pockets ($20s and up) test positive for
cocaine. So it would not surprise me if there were far more counterfeits
out there than we had formerly imagined as well.
I have also heard it said that the single largest source of
counterfeit dollars is Russia. Does this tell a story to you too?
