This is not an issue of freedom of speech. Like everyone else , I
subscribed to this forum totally of my own volition with the understanding
in doing so that I would be required to adhere to the rules as set forth by
those sponsoring (paying for) the list. Also, it was my understanding that
the same rules that applied to me would apply to everyone else. 

While it is very good advice to ignore the guy he makes it difficult and
there may be a few inexperienced traders who mistakenly think the guy is
onto something. While he may well be on something, there is NOTHING of
value in any of his posts that is going to help anyone stay in the business
long enough to be successful.

Let the guy and his fans start their own list! If he has something of value
people will be more than happy to pay a fee to subscribe and all of those
(like myself) who think he is a trading idiot will be sorry!! Go for it.
Teach me a lesson.
