        Hi John,

        I do not use MetaStock, but I am willing to bet that the problem is
AOL.  They typically are very slow and log you off frequently, making any
Internet based program next to useless.  Try switching to a local Internet
provider that will allow you to stay connected.  I did some months ago and
have been very happy, it's cheaper, faster, uses free local calls, tech
support is live, and I never get logged off (no more Good-by, Good-by).
