I imagine you are using the AbbottChat service.

The normal fax called for the daily low to kick in at 8:40, 8:55 Central time
and suggested you go long for a bounce into lunch, the afternoon, and usually
the last hour. I found the AbbottChat service to be disconcerting, as it
tended to pop up as a distraction. The overnight service I have used for
several years. Once I became accustomed to it I look forward to getting it;
but primarily as a tool and not something I base all my decisions on.

But if you are not trading futures I don't think your long term benefit will
be very great, just my thoughts.
