If you have Microsoft Office 97 CD you will find an application called
PhotoEditor: os/msapps/photoed.
Hit 'print screen', paste into PhotoEditor, adjust magnification, highlight
area of image, hit image, crop. Then save as .gif.
This way you don't have to send unneccessary graphics as per GLXO.gif
herewith.
