During my free trial period with DTN, there were problems with a couple of
receivers and the Galaxy 4 satellite. DTN did not hesitate to extend my
trial period for another month until I had a problem free trial period. DTN
seems to be exceptionally well focused on customer service and seems to give
it very high priority at management levels.
