I just met one of the wheels at PMB in NY at a conference. He and I were
talking about how electronic trading has flourished, he's correct. I told
him about my interface that places the trades directly from TS to a web site
and there my broker places the trades for me. He offered and I have took
him up on it : to develop a completely automatic order entry add-on for TS.
Here is the way it would work TS would automatically transmit the order to
the hand held device and then the filling broker would send back the fill,
which would pop up on your screen. I can make this thing in many variations
such as having it pop up a box saying do you want to buy ? yes/no. Or many
other ideas come to mind, I am thinking that when the fill comes back I
could make it enter the trade in a portfolio tracker and keep up with the
real time p/l.. Comments?
