I noticed yesterday when the market opened the OEX was quoted at some
number, I forget what, and as more stocks opened the index fell
accordingly. I guess my question is applicable to all index options, do
the market makers wait for all stocks that make up an index to open
before they establish their bid/ask prices? If they don't wait then how
are the prices of the options determined?
