pschological spin, the president speaks....

hi all,

i know he is only talking about schools, etc.  BUT "perfect timing" for the
shorts...
think about this, everytime the stock market, and the mutual fund class
sees him on t.v. they tend to feel re-assured and the dip becomes a
bounce----NOT this time.
see, this bounce is a day-traders bounce, intra-day, and the top, if around
here, will really make the public panic.  why? "gee, i saw the president on
t.v. and the dow was down 260 (then later in the day), now it's down a lot
more"........
