Trevor and other RTs,
I think Spread and Seasonal Trading by Joe Ross is an excellant book. I am
biased because it is the only trading book I ever bought, that I could use
the methodology to consistently make money. For intercommodity
relationships there is a good book by John Murphy on that topic, I cant
think of the title.
