5 or 6k to 85k in 3 hours?
when there was 3 hours left of trading on friday and the oex was around 525
or so,
remember? well, considering that the aug options expired in 3 hours, how
much was the 530 aug calls????
I seriously just thought of this 5 minutes ago, so i need someone who has
oex charts to help me out........
I wish i would of thought of this, and just called the broker with 3 hours
left. Would he of said it's 5 points out of the money and their is only 3
hours left, it's an eighth offered at a quarter????? again, i have no
idea, but could that be close??? ok, to buy at a quarter
would be $25 divided by 5k is, 200 contracts plus commision (1k?!).
again, if you look at trin thing over 4.00 and you felt there would be
short covering in the market and went for it, buy 200 at a quarter, sell
M.O.C. which turned out to be 534.25
or 17 times your investment!!!!!(if it was an eighth by a quarter?)
again, this only happens 12 times a years, and maybe once or twice this
opportunity may arise, if that.
BUT, if you were totally "in tune to the market" on friday, WOW what a pay
off?!
HELP, anyone have charts from friday, if so , what was the 530 aug call
with 3 hours left?............
