The 'point' is that gary told us in advance of his intentions, asked us to
coat-tail the trade if we wished... and I feel that more such reasoned advance
notifications would be helpful to those of us who may be interested more in the
practice than the theory. Some of my feelings in this area are prompted by a
recent bout of correspondence where much theoretical 'hot air' was traded before
one of the protagonists abruptly disappeared!
