My understanding (which is extremely limited) is that to implement
e-stops for the e-mini (as opposed to giving your broker a not-held stop
to drop into the market at the right time), they added a server to
accumulate and hold the stop orders.  The server monitors the market
price and when appropriate, dumps the stops to the order processor as
market orders.

Cute piece of automation.

I've further heard that this service is not generally available to all
FCMs, and that it's available only during the day session.  If anybody
out there has REAL information, it would sure be good to know.
