One theory of S&P action is to watch the market during the first hour of trading.
After 10:30 EST it is often a good idea to place a buy stop 1 tick above the daily high and a sell stop one tick below the daily low.
The low of the day at 10:30 am was 1139.75. We have just traded through that number to the downside. Let's see if the theory holds true. If so, expect a further move South.
Usual disclaimers ... I'm just putting this out as a real time experiment. Not a recommendation or anything of that sort.
