Before I respond to the topic......

Is anyone else getting a lot of mail from RT today that has no
type/fonts(ie:empty)?????

Leading/Lagging............

ALL oscillators are "lagging", but one might be able to set them up as
"leading" by using the divergence of the oscillator with price.....some
systems actually look for at least 3 divergence's with price as a leading
indicator.....

Why do traders use divergence's with the price????....because as you will
see if you backtest any canned oscillator......price and oscillator "rarely"
ever peak at the same time.....in fact, a peak in an oscillator(with the
trend) is usually an indicator for one to buy/sell the next
pull-back....because "rarely" do oscillators and price peak at the same
time.......

I would also be interested in comments from traders who use these
divergence's and how they have turned the "divergence" into a "leading"
indicator.
