Am also using DTN/EnsignWin on WinNT4. I've had a few problems with Ensign but
Ensign is the most responsive software company with which I've ever done
business. Howard fixes anything I'm able to document virtually immediately,
even fixed a dumb ESPL programming error I never should have sent his way. I
don't have much free time, but if you will email a brief description of problem
to me privately, I may have seen it, or be able to help.
Re WOW, when I did my DTN research I checked DTN/Ensign and DTN/WOW for usenet
comments using DejaNews. I found little other than wide spread bitching about
DTN/WOW problems and comments to effect that the problems had been escalated to
high levels at DTN. As I remember, most of those comments were made last fall
and WOW may have since gotten their act together.
