Hi Brent,
I couldn't find any reference to the situation involving Australia's banks
just prior to the crash, but here (hopefully) is a site you can e-mail; if
anyone has the answer, they will. Just find their bulletin board and post it
there - may take a couple of days, but just keep checking back at their site
if none of the Real Traders come up with anything.
