I'm afraid I'm getting carpel tunnel syndrome and I was thinking of getting
a VRS program for giving commands to my computer rather then by mouse. That
part is more important to me then the typing although that would be a
bonus. I've seen prices from $40 to $1000+ for legal dictation. Like I
said, the commands are what I'm after. Do any of you have experience with
these programs? Any recommendations.

PS You can't trade as well when your hand is numb or worse.
