I'm not sure what kind FACT you are talking about.
But, the FACT that they, BMI, DTN, Futuresource and maybe others force us to sign a contract in which we can't downgrade once we upgrade,,say from delayed data to real-time is a very SOLID FACT.
I recently spoke to one of the DTN sales rep and he told the same FACT.
He added that he would like to help me out on this,,,being flexible btwn delayed and real-time data,,,
but that was the company's policy. Even the sale reps understand that it's BAD business practice.
We, as consumers, have to be able to choose what kind of products we want and use.
I second Mitch,,except we have to find an alternative,,instead bad mouthing,,,and I'm stuck there,,can't find one. Maybe one who's wiser than I could come up with an idea.
