Dave,

I don't recall who recommended it, but I got the word here.

Mark hits the bullseye.  Has helped me immensely.  I don't freeze
when I see a trade that should be made (maybe 1% of the time now).
I don't hit the chicken-switch when the profit is building in a 
position.  I sell half instead of all at breakeven and hold 
patiently for the next signal (generally getting the gravy).
