hi peter,
yes they are.........
some, like merrill almost never have to borrow,,,,,,,,they use customers
unpaid/secured margin.............there are so many customers it is
relatively easy................i don't know if there is favoritism(ie
like new issues-hot goes to the best clients)
small brokers have it harder......................
