I'm informed this morning that DTN is in process of switching DTN Realtime to
another satellite and that odds are high that some 30,000 boxes will have to be
rechipped or replaced. This does not sound encouraging for quick resumption of
DTN Realtime service. The DTNIQ service being offered as a stop gap solution
provides equities only. The DTN web pages don't seem to provide current
information and the customer service lines are being answered with a recording
only.
