Apparently, a number of fairly serious calculation bugs
have surfaced in Office 97 including Excel 97, for which
Microsoft has offered more than one free service packs.
The problems are discussed and links to the appropriate
MS site are shown in Woody's Office Watch:

This page also offers an email service to alert users
problems as well as other information on Office 97.
Since many traders use Excel and Access, this might
be useful.
