While Elliott can contain a lot of art in the application of its rules and
guidelines, there are nevertheless, rules and guidelines that make its
application by experienced practitioners recognizable and reasonably
consistent even when there are alternate counts.
Mr. Laird's work may be dead on the money in terms of forecast, it may be
honest, but it is not Elliott Wave.
