Very interesting reading. I want to thank you for posting this for all.
This serves to confirm some of what another RT posted some time ago.
Although I can't really hope to visit the exchanges I am beginning to get
an idea what happens there. If the "human" element were at some point
removed and all trading was done by computers on a first come first serve
basis it might be better for upstairs traders.
For example if you are hot to buy/sell something and your broker is being
ignored by other traders because of some personal conflict, you're waiting
around and you can't figure out what is the matter. Of course you don't get
a note back that says sorry you didn't get the fill because I was being
ostracized today. To be successful we must learn to work within the system
we have at present don't we.
