Arnold:
It's the Hong Kong Futures Exchange. Large US institutions such as Merrill
Lynch, Smith Barney, Lind, and Soloman Brothers will quote the Hang Seng
Futures for you. Morgan Stanley Asia is one of the market makers for the
future market. In regards to EOD data base, it is definitely not hard to get.
Ask Reuters again for the database of this market. I'm very sure that you'll
be able to get database out of Reuters. We use Reuters terminals at work and I
can see all these Hang Seng EODS & real-time charts in action. AND, Reuters is
definitely not the only source for the Hang Seng Index and Future database.
Ask around the US data vendors, many of them carry this market's data base.
