I found my copy at Kraemerbooks, on Connecticut
Avenue, in D.C. But if I hadn't been about to spend
three hours in the airport and on a plane, I would have
waited until I got home and checked in with Amazon.com.

Their service has been good-to-excellent when I've ordered
from them, and their prices can't be beat.

Pit Bull is a fun read, BTW. There probably is less about
his trading methods than you might like, though the basics are
there. But the real appeal is the insight into the life of a top
trader. It's a lot like the quote from J. Paul Getty years ago.
Something like, "There is nothing difficult about becoming
extremely rich. But you have to be every bit as dedicated to
your goal as any ballet dancer hoping to become a star."

A certain amount of monomania seems to help. And a VERY
understanding wife. Made sense to me.
