The Nasdaq is a foot race where 100 Market Makers start at the end of
New York City, and the first one finishing it is the winner. Oh, by the
way, they do not stop traffic for this race. They insist that the Cab
Drivers act their normal selves in considering these runners.
In the past they permitted the Nasdaq 100 to have cars, but found out
that too many of the MMs were not being subjected to the New York
populance.
