I currently subscribe only to EOD data.  When a trade is on, however,  it behooves me to follow the action throughout the day.  Currencies and cattle, and their options,  can be followed quite nicely, for free on The CME site, http://www.cme.com/market/prices/index.html.  

The intraday quotes on NYMEX (COMEX) site, on the other hand, only seem to cover the front months for most futures and I find no referrence whatsoever to options.  

I've tried Quote.com (free quote section) and can't seem even to find the appropriate symbols for anything I seek there (natural gas, for example). 

Are there any free sites where I can follow the action on metals and energies?  What about grains?
