Dear Sir,
My name is Timotej Jagric and I am a student on the University for business and
economics in Maribor Slovenia. I am attending the final semester and I am
preparing a diploma assignment on the use of leading indicators in Slovenia
issues.
Studying the literature, which is in Slovenia very rare, I was not able to get
the exact answer how to mathematically assemble the composite index, as
published by NBER in America (procedure how to determine weights for particular
leading indicator in the composite index). I was looking for solutions on the
Internet, but the efforts were quite useless, for the only fact I know for sure
is, which leading indicators in the composite index are to be included.
Therefore I am turning to you with the request to send me any kind of advice or
