To those of you that have asked to continue with some daily
signals to use as confirmation (or otherwise) of signals from
your own preferred S&P trading system -- or whatever.
The trade reported for the week is per the standard system
MOC rule, but this is just one variation on an exit for trading
this system.
The entry signal is generated by a proprietory algorithm that tracks
volatility per previous day bar data, and takes a position according
to the underlying trend. Thus the system will take a series of Long
positions followed by a series of Short positions, repeated. The system
is basically searching for strong and sustained daily moves.
It may be a "big so what" post, but then again it may be worth
watching as there is a REAL trader out there that "loads up"
based upon this confirmation signal -- with over 80% winning trades.
The challenge is to see if you can do something similar -- is it not ?
Regards,
KS
