Well i finally got thru to Dial Data this week...i must say the person i spoke
to on the support desk..(John)..was totally curteous and helpful....and
patient..helped me with a couple of small problems i was having regarding my
symbol universe...of course big picture..incorrect data..no help at all....but
i wanted to at least make the point that the support line did seem somewhat
helpful....and polite....not that it matters that much..but for those who
think they dont listen at all..i found this call to be refreshing..
