Track Data/Dial Data has a file they update about once per month of stock splits,
name changes, symbol changes, etc. if this is what you want. The file is called
"split.doc" and can be found at http://www.tdc.com/files.html
Tho helpful, I have found many stocks that stopped trading (or symbol change)
that are not listed in their file. However this is the only source I've found
that lists sybol/name changes.
