Robert,
If your friend is just out of satellite coverage, than I have
a suggestion.
I have the same problem here in Moscow and use Signal Online
(over Internet). Omega sales folks had no idea about this,
but DBC sales rep promised me that TS5.0 will be compatible
with Signal Online.
Jack Carl is also about to beginn accept orders over Internet,
so very soon your friend will need only good modem and ISP.
