Not for futures trading. Weinstein is pretty much a longer term to
intermediate term trader. He does sometimes suggest using options albeit
options very far out into the future, perhaps even leaps, based on his
projections. I believe that his ideas are very very crediable however, and I
believe his ideas are a good way to deal with your more conservative monies in
the market. He is not a buy and hold guy; he is a trader and believes in
capturing profits, but he has a longer term view of his stop loss orders. I
can strongly suggest the book.
