<DIV><FONT color=#000000>Markets tested and held support last week with no
significant violation of major support.&nbsp; AIQ gave two sell signals last
week.&nbsp; The first was a 97-3 and 3 days later (Friday) gave a 98-2 Buy
signal.&nbsp; WAL (79-21) and US (88-12) were both bullish.&nbsp; Up until mid
3Q/97 this was a dynamite combination.&nbsp; Will it continue?&nbsp; Who knows
but lets look at what the markets are showing elsewhere.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000></FONT>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000>Hong Kong is Deeply Oversold.&nbsp; RSI(14day) is
showing a positive divergence.&nbsp; As market dropped lower, RSI did not drop
as low as the previous price low.&nbsp; Asia markets have dictated direction of
US markets over the past months.&nbsp; Monday showed rallies in all ASIA markets
so Tuesday should be a up day.&nbsp; We should consider we are still in a
non-trending market and moving sideways until we go back up to the old highs and
either fail or take out the top range numbers.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000></FONT>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000>My bet is that we have seen the TEMPORARY lows in the
ASIA markets for now and the US markets go up.&nbsp; Time will
tell.</FONT></DIV></BODY></HTML>

When I forget or get confused, I check the CME website. They publish the
hours on the Globex sessions, in addition to the day sessions.
