Can anybody suggest where I might be able to get real-time quotes for
the TOPIX (Tokyo) index?
I have been able to find the Nikkei 225 real time, but not TOPIX. The
Tokyo Stock Exchange web site offers a TOPIX real-time feature, but it
never seems to be working. The closest I can find is Bloomberg, but it
is delayed 20 mins.
