Realtraders,
Just to update you regarding unauthorized removals from our system, I can
say this, there are only 4 of us who have the ability to remove someone
from the system. It is both password protected and 'master listed',
meaning only specific people have this ability.
However, there is one other method which is through "self removal". But
this method can only be executed from the unsubscribing persons', personal
email address. Thus it is impossible for someone to unsubscribe another
person unless they are sitting at your computer and login in with your name
and email address.
As far as Gwenn, we determined that there was a mistake in her removal
and she has been resubscribed as of yesterday.
