hi,
i guess you are a "qualified investor"......there are financial levels you must
pass in order to trade these securities...........
there is usually a big spread between bid&ask.
to my knowledge, there is no central marketplace.
the trading desk you are dealing with will probably treat you as an odd
lot......(trades of under 1,000,000((are an odd lot)))..you will probably get a
diff bid/ask than those trading 1000m
the mkt moves quick......can't do electronically.......and the desk you are
dealing with might also be trying to get out of the same bonds as you.......some
how, i don't think you will be out first.
GOOD LUCK
