Which options broker within the U.S. has the lowest commission rate, but
yet provides efficient service?
Someone posted Dreyfus earlier this month as charging only $15. I went to
the Web site and downloaded the application forms, but there was no
description of the breakdown of commissions (I'm sure that $15 is a base or
bare minimum fee).
