He has recently been publishing a newsletter and daily hotline.
Russell has taught seminars on the turtle methods.
We understand that he currently offers a version of the system
for a few hundred dollars. Depending on its' completeness, the information
could be invaluable for longer term position trading.
He is a legitimate professional trader and teacher.
