E-Mail and online trading

    I was wondering if anyone uses or has any info about C.F.O.S. Inc and
Field Financial Group?  They both offer online trading and commissions are
$17 and under.  Also does anyone us E-Mail to place trades?  CFOS Inc. uses
E-Mail to place trades, not sure if Field does or not anyone else know?  If
any use E-Mail do you like it?  Any other companies that have online trading
that offer $17 or less commissions?  Any info about online trading, the 2
companies mentioned above or any other companies that offer online trading
good or bad would be very helpful!!  This would be for longer term trading
not day trading!
