Speed of RT feeds in Europe

For us leftover fellows in Europe, it seems getting a good feed is a
problem. Once DBC is thrown out (up to 30 seconds delay, and ticks
marked at your PC's clock, not the exchange's one), that leaves SP
Comstock, and FutureSource. Both retail for about $700 monthly +
exchange fees.

However SP barely wants to sell anything really, and their fastest
available feed is still only 19.2.

FutureSource wants to sell but is also only on a 19.2 feed, and is said
to crash often as well as not correct bad ticks.

So who's got the fastest most reliable one according to you?
