The December 15 date is an "energy" cluster that "mirrors" significant
energy points earlier in 1997 utilizing a rather novel Nature's pulse tool,
a variable bidirectional accordian that can be anchored at any selected
date. This time the anchor was set at 10/27/97. The previous energy
clusters were at low points or accelerating into a low and at a minimum a
consolidation.
