I don't know who said it; was it Clyde or Norman? But it is true! Trading, if done right, is boring. I sit by my terminals 7+ hours per day for 1 to 3 trades lasting 5 to 15 minutes each. Maybe in the market 30 min. per day, the rest of the time is spent waiting for a good setup. But it is much more lucrative than trading for excitement.
