With my broker, when I open an option position I pay the roundtrip
commission. When I close the position, it is free (except exchange fees) I
believe. Is it different with you? Not that it matters much with the
numbers given, losing $1400 on one trade and winning $200 on each of four
trades, you come out behind even with zero commission and slippage!
