WOW, DID THEY REALLY SAY THAT? Did you have the time of the order being
entered into Globex or just the time of your entry to the broker? This
is something that should be known by the public if your order was
actually traded through and not completely filled.
Sounds like your broker is giving you timely info and helping you
resolve this, that is all you can ask of him (and more than most
deliver).
However, I don't envision you getting compensation from the exchange
even if they admit errors privately. But you never know.
