I don't think it is Theoretical or Actual that makes the difference.  Both
are still giving Buy signals from last week.  We are right now at the
crititcal point as far as I am concerned.  If we CLOSE lower than where we
are right now...then a test of 7000 should be expected.  Huge % of stocks
are extremely oversold and have buy signals...but the market is always
right, whether up or down.
