Futr: Intraday delayed data- ideas please

Continuing my learning of Elliot Wave, I would like to be able to watch
15,30,60 minute wave development without commiting a fortune to data supply.

For this I do not need real-time data, just delayed or a download at end of
day.

The keyword here is economical.  This is for learning, not daytrading.
